Are your products the same quality as found elsewhere?

Our products are by the same manufacturers you’d find elsewhere they are also of the highest quality. Our prices are lower because we buy in bulk and are able to pass those savings onto our customers. Some online and offline retailers sell products that are called “seconds” they are damaged, refurbished or outlet second rate products. We DO NOT SELL these second rate products ever. All of the products and manufacturers that we carry have to pass strict quality guidelines to become part of our catalogue.

How do I make a purchase?

We try to give our customers different options while shopping on our site. One way is after you find the item you would like to purchase fill out your quantity, click on “add to cart” then proceed with checkout. Your other option is to call one of our representatives that are always available to help you at 1-888-666-1639. Feel free to also contact us about any product on our email page

Is it safe to shop on this site?

Yes! We take a great effort in making sure that our customers can shop securely on our site. We will never ever give out any of your information to any other parties, and our site and your information are protected by the leading hacker safe technology.

How are your products shipped?

Flooring, tile and some of our other bigger fragile items are shipped to you by freight because these “LTL” (less then truckload) carriers have much better track records with such goods. It is difficult to send such fragile goods by regular currier or mail that is why shipping prices would probably be too high to order a small amount. Shipping cost is calculated based on the destination's zip code and quantity ordered. We do not offer a flat shipping rate because we want to be able to give each customer the best rate possible. What if a product is very heavy and I can’t lift it off the truck?

For Flooring products such as tile and hardwood are delivered by freight. The delivery drivers do not take the products off the truck for you. If you think that you may need something to help you lift your products of the truck and into your garage or in your driveway, we recommend ordering a liftgate, which is a tool that would help you do that. We do not automatically have a liftgate charge but you can request this option from one of our sales people by calling 1-888-666-1639, or adding it in the comments section upon checkout.

How can I get a better price?

We have to options in trying to get our customers the best prices possible. One is our better price policy. It is a great way to ask one of our sales people to offer you a quantity discount, non-advertised price, or shipping consolidation.

How can I get a Sample?

When you are browsing the tile or flooring products on our site simply find the one you like and click on “order a Sample” and if a sample is available for that item, it will be promptly shipped out and your shipping cost for your sample will be returned to you at the time of your full flooring purchase.
